Your Delivery Schedule Over The Holiday Period

For many of our drivers, Christmas is also a time to take a well-earned break, but we have worked hard to minimise as much disruption to your water delivery service as possible. Between 24 December and 2 January, we will provide a limited delivery service in all states across Australia. In order to cover that period and ensure that you have enough water bottles, you may receive some extra bottles prior to Christmas and/or you may have your order delivered earlier than your normal schedule.
Our Neverfail Customer Care Team will be available every working day between 8:00am - 8:00pm AEST excluding Public Holidays.
