Credit Card Payments
You can pay securely on our website via Debit Card or Credit Card, with no additional credit card fees.
Simply login into your Neverfail online account, select "Make Payment" from the menu options and fill in your credit card details.
Using PayPal is fast, simple, and secure.
Link your card or bank account and choose which to use at checkout. PayPal keeps your financial information securely encrypted so you can pay with confidence.
To use PayPal, select PayPal as your payment option either at Checkout or when managing your payment methods on your My Account page.

Set Up Automatic Payments
The quickest and easiest way to pay your account is to set up an automatic payment as a direct debit from your credit card or debit card. This takes away the worry of making account payments on time and allows you to Set and Forget!
Simply login into your Neverfail online account, select "Set Up Automatic Payments" from the menu options and fill in your credit card details.
Use our automated telephone service to make a one-off credit card payment by simply calling 13 30 37.

You now have your own unique account number to ensure Payments are allocated correctly to your account
