How does our service work?

Our Springwater Service
We provide a regular delivery service for spring water...from the spring, directly to your home or office. There is no need for you to carry anything. Just the service you'd expect from the largest spring water delivery company in Australia.
To enjoy natural spring water, simply follow our 5 easy steps . . .
Step One
Place your first order for a minimum of 1 cooler and 2 bottles.

Step Two
To complete your initial order, simply pay online by credit card.
>> For future payments, please complete our Payment Options Form
Step Three
Once your order is finalised, you will be contacted within 1 business day to confirm your initial delivery date.
Step Four
For your convenience, you will be placed on a monthly delivery schedule. Once a month, your local Distributor will collect your empty bottles and replenish them with full bottles.
If there are no bottles left out, they will automatically leave you a minimum of TWO (2) bottles.
