Where does the spring water come from?

We have spring water sources in all mainland states of Australia. We start with natural, protected spring water from an underground source. Quality spring water like this is consistent from year to year and is naturally purified and protected. We pump, transport and store the spring water in food-grade stainless steel at all times.

How much water do I need to drink?

It's recommended that the average adult drink 8 glasses of bottled spring water per day.

Does our Springwater delivery service extend to your area?

We deliver bulk spring water to most metropolitan areas and most regional areas. By providing your delivery postcode and suburb we can advise you whether we deliver to your area.

Does Neverfail charge a fee for spring water delivery?

A fuel levy applies to all product deliveries made nationally.

The fuel levy in all serviceable states is currently $1.25 (inc. GST).

As of 18 August 2008, the fuel levy in North Queensland will increase to $1.65 (inc. GST)

The fuel levy will apply to each delivery (not each bottle) and will appear on your invoice at the point of delivery.  If you require out of schedule deliveries, an express delivery charge may apply.

Do I have to call to organise my spring water delivery?

No.

We place you on a regular delivery cycle with a specified delivery date each month. A delivery calendar showing your delivery day can be supplied to you and your next scheduled delivery day is always shown on the invoice you receive on each delivery. Remember, you don't have to be home to receive your normal monthly delivery.

Will I be reminded of my spring water delivery?

For all residential customers, we provide an automated phone  delivery reminder service, the evening before delivery, to let you know that your Distributor will be in your area. Its part of our ongoing efforts to offer customers an exceptional service experience.

about Neverfail's products

What size are the water coolers?

The freestanding coolers are 940 mm high on a base of 310 mm per side - they take up about as much space as a telephone book. The bench top cooler is 520 mm high.

Can we buy a water cooler?

Neverfail does not sell water coolers. As part of our rental agreements, we will gladly exchange a faulty cooler at anytime and replace it as soon as possible. It’s all part of our exceptional customer service experience.

How much does it cost to run a water cooler?

The cooler uses as much energy as a 75 watt light bulb, approximately 5 cents per day to run a cold cooler. It costs approximately 35 cents per day to run a hot and cold cooler.

Do I have a choice of colour for my water cooler?

All floor model coolers are available in white, grey and stainless steel.

What sizes of bottled spring water do you have?

We have case of 24 x 600mL, 11 litre and 15 litre bottles of Springwater available in all states other than South Australia. In South Australia, we distribute cases of 24 x 350mL and 24 x 600 mL, 1.5 litre, and 11 litre bottles, as well as 10 litre casks.
