At Neverfail, we understand that fees and charges are often confusing. However, we would like them as easy to understand as possible. That's why we've introduced the glossary below.

Fuel Levy
Currently, a fuel levy is applied to each delivery of Neverfail product made in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia. The fuel levy applies to each delivery (not each bottle or product item) and will appear on each invoice at the point of delivery.
Please note the fuel levy in ALL states is currently $1.25 (inc. GST).
From 18 August 2008, the fuel levy in North Queensland will be increased to $1.65 (inc. GST) as we seek to assist our local Distributors in this sustained period of high fuel prices.

Express Delivery Charge
Currently, Neverfail does not charge an 'express delivery charge' for deliveries outside of a customer's regular scheduled delivery.
